Hello, it sayed :

users =  lists players connected to the server, along with their IP Addresses and CD key hashes. 

And it's not that !!! users it's for look the ip adress of the admins connected to the rcon !!

For look client id hash and nick you must send "admin.listplayers" but you have to send that when you are logged.
