How do I get my profile ID into a config file?

Can we have a sample user.cfg and some documentation on the permissions. Along with the commands ingame to perform rcon. Do we use the username or id#

This is still way under development, but your comments are very helpful. I have the nasty habbit of assuming everyone can read code, and this is my first attempt at python.
I will have to make a public command to itterate all the players on the server and list their profileID.
Permissions are not yet implimented.

Ahh I was under the assumption everything posted here is in working condition. I have a decent amount of knowledge to read/hack code to semi understand it. But I thought it was complete thats why i couldn't figure it out :P
